Dan Rufe - Dan is educated and skilled in many facets of the Construction Industry. His education and experience as a builder, designer, draftsman, AutoCad user, certified metal building builder and a surveyor guarantee a level of understanding of your needs and a wealth of options to get your project completed.

Dan Maloney - an has an impressive amount of experience in the Building trades. Starting as a Carpenter with Penndel Construction Company in 1956, Dan's talents have brought him to be a builder and general contractor with a reputation for high quality work.

Ken Ritter - (Excavation Manager) - Ken has been in this area of the business for two decades. He has experience with excavation of all types: septic systems, drainage solutions, basements, rock removal, utility trenching, driveways, grading/shaping and ponds. He is thorough and dependable on every project he undertakes.

Support Staff: A hard-working group who help gather and explain options of the building process (such as design and materials) to clients. They also procure all necessary forms and documents to help clients inform necessary Authorities for your project. The tasks by these people may be aiding in locating a building lot, drawing custom designs and/or modifying floor plans, accurately quoting projects and coordinating finance officials to the needs of your contract.
